Gallop for Good

Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga is proud to be participating in the inaugural Gallop for Good campaign, a nationwide initiative celebrating Thoroughbred aftercare and the organizations dedicated to helping retired racehorses thrive beyond the track.
This year, our goal is to raise $5,000 to support one year of care for Day Trading, affectionately known around the farm as Miss Day. A daughter of Champion Two-Year-Old Colt Capote and granddaughter of Triple Crown winner Seattle Slew, Miss Day now enjoys a peaceful retirement at THS, where her gentle spirit continues to impact the lives of those who visit the farm.
Like many of the retired Thoroughbreds in our herd, Miss Day has found a new purpose helping support mental health and wellness programming for children, families, Veterans, Service Members, and others throughout our community.
Your support helps provide:
- Feed, hay, and daily care
- Veterinary and farrier services
- Safe and meaningful second careers for retired racehorses
- Equine-assisted mental health and wellness programs
