We are joining the #PurpleUp movement to support our military youth! The color purple symbolizes all branches of the military combining Navy blue, Coast Guard blue, Airforce blue, Marine red, and Army green. Today we honor the strength and sacrifices of our military youth! Our services CAN help military children. If you are an adult in the military, your child can participate with you in our Freedom Rein Project, equine therapy for veterans and service members. Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga is poised for growth, and we need an assistant to support our development manager along the way. We are searching for a dedicated and socially conscious development assistant for our organization's development team to help create and implement strategies that ensure sustainability and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate for this role should be highly organized and possess excellent networking abilities, people skills, communication skills, and time management skills. The noteworthy development assistant should enhance the efficiency of administrative functions, sustain organizational growth, maintain positive relations with colleagues and donors, and ensure the integrity of development processes. This person must be a horse and animal lover and open to learning basic horse handling/horse care tasks but no previous experience in this area is required.
