Thank you to Artisanal Brew Works for their continued support of our mission here at THS and for offering their space to raise money for our horses and therapy programs here at the farm! We will be hanging out on October 5th at their taproom on Maple Ave from 4-8 pm and our two therapy horses Kid and DW will be joining us from 5-7 pm. This is a family-friendly event so bring the kiddos, friends, and neighbors to enjoy a tasty beer, they will be offering their full food menu and OF COURSE, pet the horses!

Join us this Saturday for the UAlbany Hometown Heroes game vs. Villanova! Our therapy horses Kid Blast and DW will be in attendance for the pregame events from 1-3 p.m. to honor the service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We had such a special day hosting over 20 Veterans from @homewardbound_adirondacks for an Equine Therapy retreat! It was so amazing to see the magic our therapy horses brought to these folks and the favor was sure returned! Watching our horses thrive in their second career helping to aid humans in their healing journey is our WHY!

THS will be partnering with the American Foundatio

THS will be partnering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's Out of Darkness Capital Region Walk for R.I.T.A on October 24th. According to the AFSP "The Out of the Darkness Community Walk is a journey of remembrance, hope, and support. It unites our communities and provides an opportunity to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental health conditions have affected our lives and the lives of those we love and care about." Our therapy horses Kid and DW along with our staff will be there to provide additional care to those in attendance. Entering the Healing Temple — A Day of Sanctuary

Entering the Healing Temple — A Day of Sanctuary for Women is a guided, many-layered journey that has the feel of a day-long ritual. When you come to the Temple, you are invited to surrender into receiving: to be nourished, supported, and witnessed within an intimate group of women. It is a focused, private event for a group of 15 women who are excited by the prospect of having sacred time, space, and the support of community to dive into their deeper work. The Healing Temple is a mostly silent day, where we are a living experiment in exploring how the process of transformation is accelerated by using multiple healing modalities — hands-on and hands-off — using a well-structured and facilitated format.
