Renee Hebert has sat on the Board of Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, Inc. (THS) as Treasurer since 2018. She is committed to the mission of THS and supporting the agency as it grows. Renee has over 18 years of experience working in the not-for-profit field, primarily with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Renee has worked for Care Design NY since July 1, 2018, as a Director of Care Management. She oversees a department of thirty-five staff in the daily provision of care management services. Previous work experience includes seven years in quality and compliance departments. Renee grew up in Saratoga Springs. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ithaca College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and her Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School. Renee returned to the Saratoga Springs area in 2003 and currently lives in Ballston Spa. In Saratoga, horse racing is part of the culture of the city. Growing up around horse racing, Renee is happy to have joined the Board of THS to support retired racehorses leading a peaceful, safe, and meaningful life as partners in therapeutic programs.
